Each DevSuite user has a different privilege set as defined by the System Administrator. The privileges for the above roles are explained briefly below.

Project Manager: Can manage requirements/specs, create releases/iterations, manage product backlog and assign backlog items to development. Have access to reports as well as DevTest project for QA test planning and regression testing results.
Team Member: Can access and view backlog items. Can submit, view, forward, and close tasks. Have access to DevTest task project to work on test cycles.
Stakeholder: Can view requirements/specs and product backlogs. Can submit and view an issue. Access burndown reports to review development process.
Product Owner: Can submit, view, forward, close, and delete an issue. Have access to DevTest projects for test planning and test cycle management.
